The addition two storey addition has its own sitting room with tv and sleeper sofa. (Separate kitchen is available for an extra charge) New 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Upstairs large fourth bedroom 2 double beds with its own balcony with gulfview, 5 Bedroom has single bunk bed bathroom with two sinks and tv with vcr.
The open design allows large families to enjoy their vacation time together. The home has parking for four small vehicles, central heat and air, ceiling fans, attractive florida decor. Fully equipped kitchen (with new appliances, built in microwave, glass top stove, side by side fridge with water filter), separate laundry, mud room with outside doors to both sides of the house.
Built in sprinkler system, outside shower, landscaped grounds, sleeps up to 14 people. Five tvs, surround sound stereo system, and much more.
